In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding patient care, maintaining meticulous documentation, and promoting clear communication with clients and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A current National Police Clearance
  • Nursing registration (if applicable)
  • A CPR Certificate
  • A First Aid Certificate
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • General nursing or home care experience is preferred
