Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to participate in designing comprehensive testing strategies and approaches, as well as performing thorough data and test case preparation, execution, and analysis for all digital projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine transition and failback plans based on test results and contribute to implementation reports.
  • Collaborate with the development team on proof of concept testing.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of system integrations, functionalities, and user interfaces.
  • Log, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain and report test data, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and share comprehensive test completion reports and knowledge documents for training purposes.
  • Support automation testers and assist with training and coaching of UAT testers.
  • Liaise across all levels of the organization and contribute to project reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and testing practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test management and defect management tools.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Experience testing cloud-based applications and digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce applications.
