We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to join our procurement team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing contract support to the wider team, developing and managing low-risk contract documentation. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers around contract matters, as well as maintaining contract information and other procurement documentation on the database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage low-risk contract documentation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers around contract matters.
  • Maintain contract information and other procurement documentation on the database.
  • Support the wider procurement team with general administration tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a contract and/or procurement support position.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience in dealing with technical procurement documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and confidence in working autonomously.
