This is an exciting time to join NRW Holdings Pty as we are now seeking an IT Procurement & Licensing Administrator to join the team at our Belmont office on a full-time basis.
This role will support the IT Financial Manager by managing the acquisition, licensing and lifecycle of IT assets (software & hardware) whilst ensuring compliance with procurement policies, licensing agreements and regulations are being followed.
The role will support strategic procurement initiatives, contract administration and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
As an IT Procurement & Licensing Administrator, you will be responsible for: Coordinate and manage IT procurement activities including hardware, software, consumables and services.
Ensuring compliance with Common Use Agreements and Digital purchasing requirements for software licenses including Microsoft licensing frameworks (e.g., Enterprise Agreements, CSP, SPLA).
Conduct due diligence checks on suppliers and onboard them into procurement system & ITSM.
Maintain meticulous records of purchases, licenses and contracts.
Facilitate and track the acquisition and deployment of IT assets into ITSM.
Assisting IT Financial Manager with collating reports for software, maintenance and service agreements.
Ensuring company procedures and systems are being followed.
Verifying IT deliveries, receipting invoices and processing credit card reconciliations.
Monitoring centralised IT emails via ITSM – actioning and assigning tickets.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Relevant experience in a similar role.
D365, JDE, Oracle and PR order management exposure.
Experience and knowledge of ITSM toolset.
Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to all tasks with a strong ability to drive outcomes.
Ability to apply an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
