Exciting Opportunity: Engineering Transformation Leader

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a high-impact SCADA transformation program.

Job Description:

You will act as the technical authority, ensuring that engineering solutions meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for all Industrial Control Systems (ICS) engineering matters.
  • Providing ultimate engineering sign-off for technical project acceptance, ensuring deliverables meet industry standards.
  • Interfacing between the project team and internal stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions meet operational needs.
  • Leading design workshops, technical reviews, and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Supporting Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, and developing training programs to support operational teams.

About You:

We are looking for a tertiary degree holder in Engineering with registration as a Professional Engineer (Electrical) in Victoria, along with significant experience in ICS engineering and project delivery, including commissioning and change management.
