About the Role

The Clinical Midwifery Consultant will be a key stakeholder in improving quality and safety in maternity care provision across the region. This involves working collaboratively with regional stakeholders to drive forward-thinking models of midwifery care that prioritize improved outcomes for families.

Key responsibilities include leading the Regional M&M, developing innovative quality improvement projects, and fostering a culture of excellence within midwifery teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues towards a shared vision of delivering high-quality patient care.

To achieve this goal, the CMC will work closely with regional partners to identify areas of improvement, develop targeted solutions, and implement evidence-based practices that promote positive change. Key Skills and Qualifications:
