Physiotherapy Clinical Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Educator to join our multidisciplinary team of clinical workforce educators.

As a Physiotherapy Clinical Workforce Educator, you will play a pivotal role in leading, supporting and delivering high-quality clinical education for the allied health workforce organisation-wide. You will be responsible for leading needs analysis, designing and implementing targeted education programs and evaluating outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with service needs and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead needs analysis to identify training requirements
  • Design and implement targeted education programs
  • Evaluate outcomes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver clinical education
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support education initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in allied health education or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective education programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
