Membership Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Services Representative. This is a part-time role, with approximately 28-32 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving an exceptional member experience, building key stakeholder relationships, and promoting the growth and retention of our membership base. They will also provide high-end premium service at all times, ensuring that our members receive an outstanding level of support and care.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to perform in an autonomous environment. You must also have previous sales experience, demonstrable success in a fast-paced premium customer service role, and a genuine interest and passion for health and fitness.
