As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best life. Your role will involve:

  • Providing care in line with resident's individual needs
  • Identifying changes to resident's needs and escalating these to the RN
  • Reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the RN
  • Completing all documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant processes

We are looking for someone with a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent, and experience caring for people living with Dementia. You should be committed to working a minimum of 4 shifts per fortnight and have flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
