Senior Actuary/Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Actuary to join our team, responsible for operating and maintaining actuarial cash flow projection models.

About the Role
  • Manage actuarial cash flow projection models and contribute to their ongoing development and enhancement.
  • Analyze data from various sources and prepare it for modeling purposes.
  • Respond to internal and external queries regarding actuarial models and valuation processes.
  • Conduct experience studies and review key actuarial assumptions.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior team members.
About You
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in an actuarial role with expertise in data analytics/science.
  • Tertiary qualifications in actuarial studies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Strong technical skills, including working with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience managing or overseeing small teams.
