Actuarial Valuation Modeler Position

The primary role of this position is to develop and maintain a comprehensive actuarial valuation model for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update models that accurately forecast Scheme costs using actuarial and insurance-based techniques.
  • Analyze policy decisions and provide statistical advice to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data management activities, including data extraction, cleaning, and quality analysis.

Additional responsibilities include extracting data from Information Systems and performing reporting and analysis tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A relevant academic qualification in Actuarial Studies or Mathematics/Statistics is required.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in a similar field are necessary.
