About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Cummins Inc., where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Front-Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organised front-desk area, handle visitor registration, and coordinate logistics as needed.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  4. Procurement and Logistics: Assist with procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Event Planning: Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including catering, meeting room setup, and audiovisual equipment.
  6. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  7. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners to achieve shared goals, foster a positive work environment, and promote teamwork.

Requirements:
