Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Manage the effective operation of the reception area, ensuring a professional appearance and smooth running of administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with team members and external agencies to compile assessment information, records, and documentation.
  • Undertake accurate maintenance and filing of files and records in accordance with Next Health standards.
  • Process billable cancellations and coordinate courier deliveries as needed.

You will possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
