Aged Care Residence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art 144-bed aged care residence in Victoria.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal opportunity for you to shape the future of aged care service delivery, ensuring exceptional care and upholding high standards. Your strong business acumen, attention to detail and extensive knowledge and experience will be essential in navigating the accreditation process.

With access to the latest technology, a skilled team and robust head office support, you'll be well-equipped to make a difference. You will benefit from the support of an experienced commissioning team, close collaboration with Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and Funding within our growing national organization.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing large residential facilities
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • AHPRA qualified RN
  • Past experience with commissioning new homes (advantageous)
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional resident care
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
