About the Role
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse with APHRA registration is essential.
- A minimum of five years management experience with exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care industry, including the Aged Care Act and the Aged Care Quality Standards, is necessary.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing staff potential and driving high-quality care outcomes, are expected.
- In-depth knowledge of AN-ACC, with strong documentation and reporting skills, is a must.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft suite of products is required.
