Job Description- This role involves working on-site with clients to encourage and motivate them towards finding employment opportunities.
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
- Placing clients into sustainable employment, resulting in successful outcomes.
- Recording and documenting all activities to meet compliance requirements.
- Customer service or client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.
- Confidence in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in lasting employment.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
- Ongoing career development and national opportunities.
