To achieve this, we take a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to the individual's unique needs and circumstances.

Job Description
  • This role involves working on-site with clients to encourage and motivate them towards finding employment opportunities.
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment, resulting in successful outcomes.
  • Recording and documenting all activities to meet compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service or client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.
  • Confidence in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in lasting employment.
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
