We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management professional to join our team. As an experienced asset manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services, contributing to our continued growth and success.
- Lead the development of business processes, organisational structures, and asset management services in both public and private sectors.
- Collaborate with industry recognised international standards such as ISO55000 or ISO41000.
- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring the delivery of project outcomes within time and budget constraints.
- Oversee the procurement process of asset management and FM services, including specifications, KPIs, payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with FM or asset management systems to deliver project outcomes.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication capabilities and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Building, Asset Management, or Facilities Management is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years commercial experience across asset management and FM services procurement processes.
- Accreditation with an industry body such as FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS, or AIQS would be advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project) are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent analytical abilities are necessary.
- The ability to work autonomously or within a team to deliver project outcomes is crucial.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously is vital.
- A self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement is key.
