Aged Care Trainee

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about caring for the elderly. As a trainee, you'll receive full on-the-job training to gain your Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015).
You'll work in a residential aged care setting, assisting residents with daily activities and lifestyle needs. Our team provides a collaborative and progressive atmosphere, with excellent incentives and working conditions.
We offer part-time positions with guaranteed hours and locked-in shifts. You'll be paired with a workplace buddy or mentor to support and guide you throughout your traineeship.
About this role:
- Supporting residents with their daily needs
- Assisting with activities and events
- Developing strong relationships with colleagues and residents
- Working towards gaining a nationally recognized qualification
What we're looking for:
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and regular availability
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Working rights in Australia
