**Job Overview:**

A rewarding opportunity exists for a passionate Dementia professional to lead a team and deliver high-quality services. The successful candidate will provide essential leadership, ensuring timely allocation of referrals, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and managing customer complaints.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of dementia services, providing leadership to a team of staff with a specific focus on case management, in accordance with policies, procedures, and values.
  • Work as part of an integrated learning and dementia centre team to ensure a nationally consistent approach to 'Future Directions' and counter program thinking and culture.
  • Maintain local key stakeholder relationships and provide regular reporting on staff performance, service quality, operational performances, and issues.
  • Recruit consultants with appropriate skills for in the consultant role.

**Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing/ Allied Health or health related degree.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in supporting older people and carers living with dementia, with particular emphasis on psycho-social approaches to case management.
  • Ability to manage and support a team of skilled professionals across multiple sites and locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
