About the Role:We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Finance Specialist. In this key role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a collaborative working environment with internal stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Work closely with existing and new partners, brokers, and customers to deliver exceptional finance experiences and training as required.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with internal stakeholders and management contacts.
- Address escalations and queries in a timely and customer-centric manner.
- Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
- Strong customer service orientation and a history of proven sales growth.
- Ability to acquire new customers or third-party partners.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field.
