We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert financial analysis and advice to clients on complex transactions.

  • Leverage your knowledge of the debt and capital markets to identify innovative financing solutions for clients.

  • Lead deal origination efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients and leveraging market insights to secure new business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.

  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership pieces and share expertise through presentations and workshops.

  • Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate or institutional banking, leveraged finance, or debt advisory.

  • Demonstrated expertise in deal structuring, credit analysis, and negotiating documentation of debt and capital funding transactions.

  • Strong understanding of the debt and capital markets, including sub-investment grade lending and debt and capital advisory firms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
