Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses end-to-end franchising processes for Australia and New Zealand.

  • Manage the applicant pipeline from concept to approval or decline.
  • Coordinate with the Director, Franchise Performance and Business Development Managers to conduct interviews and on-site evaluations as required.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations by administering necessary documentation.

Stay updated on best practices and implement improvements to systems.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the preparation and review of all franchising and transfer documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to law and policy.
  • Review and update Subway documentation and forms related to transfers to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews within each territory with DFPs and BDMs as needed.

Closely collaborate with the legal team to finalize paperwork and facilitate transfers to the approval stage.
