Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Professional to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across our Bulk Fuels operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change effectively, delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities – workshops and forums – to align priorities and co-design solutions.
  • Provide transparent updates to customers and senior management, ensuring visibility of progress and benefits delivered.
  • Support business case development, including cost-benefit analysis and strategy implementation.
  • Assess and support technology improvement initiatives that enhance service and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering projects and reporting outcomes to senior leaders and customers.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with ability to quantify benefits and support data-driven decisions.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop structured business cases and translate strategy into operational reality.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, safety and customer service.
