Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the efficient management of day-to-day store operations.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and external vendors to execute daily inventory activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Manage store shipments, including breakout, quality control, data entry, and returns processing.
  • Audit and document inventory that does not meet quality standards.
  • Conduct monthly audits of items awaiting pick-up and follow up with customers on their orders.
  • Prepare and ship customer orders while adhering to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
  • Maintain store visuals and branding to align with our brand standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with in-store events, remerchandising, and steaming gowns for display.
