Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Wauchope. As a key member of our care community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualized care plans that prioritize the needs and preferences of each resident.
- Schedule and manage medications, including wound management and palliative care.
- Collaborate with medical and allied health staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Provide leadership and support to Personal Care Workers in their daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical care, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The capacity to obtain NDIS Worker Checks, if not already held.
