As a seasoned program management leader, the Program Director plays a pivotal role in driving successful delivery of complex software implementation programs within higher education.
The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in managing high-value programs with specialized knowledge in leading large-scale implementations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Apply standard and adaptive methodologies to oversee large-scale software implementations with a focus on SaaS solutions for higher education.
- Coordinate resource deployment across multiple time zones leveraging both onshore and offshore teams.
Main Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience as a Senior/Principal Project Manager.
- 15+ years of related work experience with specialized knowledge in managing complex high-value programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale program implementations in higher education with Student Management or ERP systems.
- Expertise in managing schedules activities resources and risks for complex software implementations.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with demanding customers and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver regular status updates milestone tracking and risk assessments.
This role requires ongoing commitment to professional growth in program/project management enablement customer success and related areas.
