The main objective of this role is to provide premium service and repairs to valued clients in Victoria.
You will represent an international homeware company, handling field servicing across various areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver corrective/enhancement actions at each service visit, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Efficiently manage spare part ordering and allocation.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internally.
- Handle unique, high-value equipment with care and expertise.
Skillset and Attributes:
- A valid Restricted Electrical License.
- A current, unrestricted Australian Driver's license.
- Background in general household appliances or white goods, particularly in service, installation, maintenance, or repairs.
