Trainer and Assessor Opportunity

This role is a chance to leverage your expertise as a trainer and assessor in a dynamic environment. We are seeking an experienced professional who can deliver high-quality training programs, assessments, and support services.

The ideal candidate will possess current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with upgrades) and relevant industry experience. They will also have the ability to travel and deliver training across various sites, hold a valid driver's licence, and access to transport.

As a trainer and assessor, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging training sessions, ensuring compliance with RTO policies and ASQA standards. You will also maintain accurate records, conduct assessments, and provide support to participants.

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with upgrades)
  • Vocational competencies and industry experience in relevant units
  • Certifications and/or licences where necessary
  • Ability to travel and deliver intrastate and interstate across our various sites
  • Valid driver's licence and access to transport
