Technical Identity and Access Management Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise for client environments and delivering Level 3 IDAM incident management within IT service management toolsets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide third-level technical support and administration via clients' IT service management toolsets, adhering to Service Health Indicators (SHI) timelines.
  • Engage with third-party vendors as required.
  • Participate in client projects when necessary.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Design and develop detailed level designs.
  • Contribute to out-of-hours activities as required.
Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Delinea Secret Server.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Active Directory and Identity Management Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Citrix Studio and Director.
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification.
  • Tenable AD experience.
  • Certificate Management experience.
  • NV2 security clearance is required.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience.
