We are seeking an experienced Information Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the information management department, you will be responsible for ensuring that records are properly managed and maintained in accordance with legislative and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily records activities, including maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and security of records.
  • Provide timely retrieval and delivery of information to staff members.
  • Assist in the provision of a comprehensive and professional organization-wide records management program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working experience with electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS), particularly TRIM / Content Manager.
  • Proven ability to apply attention to detail and complete tasks to a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment and to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.

This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. The successful applicant must pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening, to be considered for the role.
