Community Support Worker Opportunity

This role offers a meaningful and impactful experience for individuals who wish to provide essential services to enable clients to maintain independence in their own homes.

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a Community Support Worker to deliver compassionate and respectful care to clients in their homes or residential care settings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
  • Perform household duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for appointments and outings.
  • Engage clients in social interactions and activities to enhance their well-being.

Requirements:

  • Aged, frail, or disabled individuals who wish to remain living in their own home with some assistance.
  • Flexible and empathetic individuals who can work autonomously in the community.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
