About the Role:

  • Work closely with consumers respecting their choices and goals as they actively manage their care and decide the services they receive.

Requirements:

  • Completed Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community).
  • Proven experience exercising own judgment and initiative in day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience providing direct care service in health-related field.
  • Experience dealing with aged, frail, or disabled persons.
  • Experience using computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
