Job Title: Community Support Worker

About the Role:
  • As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and respectful care to clients in their homes or residential care settings.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility as required, performing household duties including cleaning, laundry, minor gardening tasks and meal preparation, and providing safe and reliable transportation for appointments and outings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexible and conscientious, with the ability to work autonomously in the community.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment and possess sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in using computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential.
