Hotel Maintenance Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs within the hotel premises, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires promptly.
  • Provide a warm welcome to hotel guests upon entry and departure.
  • Perform all assigned tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or their designated representative.
  • Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team and take responsibility for work completed.

This role requires an individual who can demonstrate initiative and leadership skills in maintaining the Engineering Department and hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute various duties outlined on the established hotel maintenance checklist.
  • Undertake tasks as per the Work Request System, Preventative Maintenance Program, and/or verbal instructions from the Maintenance Supervisors/Managers.
  • Respond to and complete interdepartmental or guest requests concerning defects, repairs, and general assistance.

The ideal candidate will maintain harmonious relationships with other service team members and adhere to the hotel's operational policies and procedures.
