Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary, we provide a range of benefits, including laptop and phone provision, fuel allowance, ongoing career development opportunities, job stability, and access to a range of employee discounts.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an Indigenous Mental Health Professional to join our team. As part of our wellness program, you will be working closely with our Indigenous Mentors throughout various service regions across Australia. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of candidates with diverse disabilities and barriers to employment, offering counselling interventions as needed, referring candidates to external support services, and providing training and guidance to atWork staff on psychological services and procedures.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology with eligibility registration with AHPRA, degree qualifications in Social Work or Counselling with current or eligibility to gain membership with one of AASW / ACA / PACFA, and exceptional communication and rapport-building skills. Experience working within employment services is highly regarded but not essential.
