Home Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of ageing adults by providing high-quality, relationship-based in-home care.

As a Home Care Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care, household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their independence and quality of life.

This is a flexible and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work locally and get paid higher than award rates. As a Home Care Assistant, you will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a Certificate III in Individual Support.
