Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead and evolve the quality strategy at our organization.
- Redesign and digitize the quality management system (QMS).
- Drive cultural change and drive improvements to reduce the cost of product non-conformances.
- Review and maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Support customer bids and contracts for quality related requirements.
- Continuously evaluate manufacturing control processes to ensure final product outcome aligns with agreed customer requirements.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships on quality matters.
- Support communication and training regarding the quality & environmental policy and QMS requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a quality/leadership position.
- Proven success in change management, process improvement and implementing quality methodologies and systems.
- Practical experience with quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment - including 8D problem solving.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the ISO 9001, AS9100 & AS9110 standards.
- Auditor to ISO9001/AS9100.
