Job Title: Business Transformation Manager

Our firm seeks an accomplished individual to drive internal product strategy and delivery across the Private Business Tax & Advisory Service Line.

This role involves overseeing the evolution and execution of our internal product vision, working closely with C-suite executives, senior business unit leaders, and technology teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the service line's internal technology vision and strategy
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology teams to secure buy-in and drive product-driven transformation
  • Establish and maintain product development frameworks, governance, and metrics for a regulated professional services environment
  • Oversee product investments and resource allocation across business areas
  • Implement innovative solutions and set clear expectations for desired outcomes
  • Build strategic relationships with key technology vendors, partners, peer firms, and corporate functions

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 8+ years' experience in a major professional services firm, with deep understanding of client services and regulatory environments
  • Proven track record in building and scaling product organisations and leading organisational transformation in regulated, enterprise settings
