Senior Business Analyst Position

We seek a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to spearhead analytics projects across various industries and drive impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans, manage deliverable development, and oversee workstreams on projects with diverse scope and complexity.
  • Contribute to or develop innovative analytics strategies and programs for clients through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with client managers and establish trust as a reliable partner.
  • Craft predictive models using advanced techniques to enhance business outcomes.
  • Review and refine analytics outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Team Collaboration & Culture:
  • Formulate actionable recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Organize and structure own work, as well as that of junior project delivery consultants, to effectively address client needs and synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights.
  • Lead team meetings, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive project management initiatives.
  • Enhance the firm's intellectual capital through thought leadership and solution development.
  • Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field with experience in business intelligence and/or advanced analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, distill key insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking principles.
  • Experience with data analytics software, such as Python, R, SQL, or SAS, and proficiency in building and maintaining database structures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
