The role of a Data Analytics Manager is crucial in bridging the gap between data engineering and analytics teams. This position requires strong leadership experience and a strategic mindset to drive impactful change across the analytics landscape.

This senior-level manager will be responsible for leading and aligning both data engineering and analytics teams under a unified strategy. They will provide strategic oversight across the Azure Analytics stack and Databricks, recommending and implementing improvements based on industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include delivering insights that drive business decisions and innovation, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs, and guiding teams without being hands-on.

Requirements
