**About the Role**

Kapital has been engaged by a leading consulting client to assist in the search for a
- **newly created role** and will play a huge part in the strategic advisory of the organisation.**Technical Requirements**
- An experienced **Data & Analytics Consulting Director or Partner who can own the D&A roadmap and strategy for the organisation.**:

- Experience in **Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence and Big Data**:

- A track record of winning high-value data and analytics Transformation work for large scale Australian listed financial services companies.
- Good experience across cloud based data strategy, data governance and data transformation. Cloud agnostic (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- **Ideally should have Big4 Management Consulting experience or top tier MBB.**:

- Experience working with C-suites within organisations to advise and model out data transformation work, target operating model design and implementation of future state.
- Great understanding in regards to the **future of data analytics** and operate as the consulting** data and analytics thought leader.**:

- Ability to work autonomously within your field, take clients on a digital and product modernisation journey and be accountable for target operating model design and leadership.
- A versatile pragmatist who can bring the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders
- Offer new cutting edge digital product offerings to customers.
