About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at our new store in Marleston. As a key member of our Retail Operations Team, you will be responsible for leading our sales floor operations and ensuring our customers and donors receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of up to 12 team members on a shift
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and apply creative thinking to increase store sales and profits
  • Lead by example and role-model outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and donors
  • Welcoming and training new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following:

  • Availability for full-time hours on a flexible rotating roster
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to empower and inspire your team
