Sephora is a leading global beauty retailer that empowers individuals to explore their unique style and showcase their personality through innovative products and exceptional customer service.

As a Floor Manager, you will be part of the Management team in Adelaide Southern and play a key role in delivering an unbeatable client experience. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising. You will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.

You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online learning platform and field trainers to help clients discover the brand's amazing offerings.

The salary for this role is up to $29.04 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and loading for weekend and public holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team
  • Driving a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of the team
  • Utilizing and interpreting reporting data to support operational decisions
  • Facilitating open communication with the team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a 38-hour rotating roster
  • Passion for excellent customer service and experiential retail
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
