Job Title: Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver.

About the Position:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and efficient solutions to customers' needs.
  • Adhere to established safety, logistics, inventory, and regulatory policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including stock placement, receiving inbound deliveries, and loading/unloading of inbound and outbound orders while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, with a valid forklift license and experience required.
  • Lift and move products as required (manual handling involved).
  • Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labeling and presentation of stock.
  • Perform data entry, respond to phone inquiries, and assist with online order processing when required.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with three shift options available: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

About You:
  • Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.
  • Computer literacy is desirable.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships.
