We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead our team and drive project success. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership and client impact.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in structural design and project leadership, ideally with concrete and PT structures expertise.

  • Lead and manage structural engineers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Win and deliver projects that showcase your expertise.
  • Review and sign off on engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships and providing trusted advice.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the business.
  • Champion innovation and mentor junior engineers as part of the leadership team.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong capability in structural analysis tools (ETABS & Spacegass) with the ability to challenge technical outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident client-facing approach.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects in a consulting environment.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (CPEng preferred).
