About This Opportunity
An exciting chance exists for a seasoned Structural Engineering Professional to take on a leadership role in a progressive consultancy. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers, leading projects, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of structural engineers to deliver high-quality projects
- Review and sign off on engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation
- Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships and providing trusted technical and commercial advice
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the business
- Champion innovation and mentor junior engineers as part of the leadership team
Your Expertise
- Extensive experience in structural design and project leadership, ideally with expertise in concrete and PT structures
- Strong capability in structural analysis tools (e.g., ETABS & Spacegass)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, client-facing approach
- Proven ability to lead teams and projects in a consulting engineering environment
- Relevant engineering qualifications (CPEng preferred)
