We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our high-performing team.

The Role
  • Apply advanced engineering principles to deliver innovative and economical solutions for structural systems.
  • Lead the design and documentation of structural systems, including specifications, reports, and proposals.
  • Manage small to large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and WHS standards.
  • Review work, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality and safety requirements.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and passionate engineer who thrives on solving complex design challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural).
  • Minimum 7–8 years' post-graduate experience, with timber design skills highly desirable.
  • CPEng/NER accreditation or working towards.
  • Proficiency with ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM, and RAPT, plus strong MS Office skills.
  • Local site experience on at least one building project.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record delivering complex building projects in the Australian market.
