About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology/Palliative Care Ward. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to patients with cancer and palliative care needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
