About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology/Palliative Care Ward. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based care to patients with complex medical needs. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with cancer and palliative care needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
