About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology/Palliative Care Ward. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to patients with complex medical needs. To be successful, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
- Passion for delivering quality patient-centered care
- Flexibility with shift allocations and commitment to work a rotating roster
